It still amazes me that a transition every single woman goes through has been poorly explained, under-resourced, and thoroughly left for women to navigate on their own.
The result is a lot of fear mongering, conflicting information, and an overwhelming amount of content that leaves most women either piecemealing together what they learned on Instagram or throwing their hands up and doing nothing.
Feeling better isn't about doing more or following the latest trend. It's about finding what actually works for your specific body, your specific symptoms, and your specific life. What moves the needle for your best friend, your co-worker, or your neighbor is probably not what your body needs right now.
And here is the piece most people miss entirely: if you've ever struggled with gut issues, anxiety, disrupted sleep, weight retention, depression, brain fog, or skin problems, fluctuating hormones will amplify every single one of them. Addressing those foundations is not a sidebar.
This is a phase that calls for nuance and finesse. When you understand what's actually changing in your body and why, you stop chasing every new protocol and start building something that genuinely works.
